Diabetes, BP, and frequent urination at night

I am happy to inform you regarding the effect of OP on my Diabetes, BP, and frequent urination at night time in particular and burning sensation on the head in the afternoons. These problems were there for almost 14 years. I am now running my 74th year.

For Diabetes, I was taking medicine regularly as per the prescription from the Diabetic Centre, Diacon. Sometimes the blood sugar used to go up to 400mg/dl. As I was on diabetic medicines sometimes I used to feel hungry and had to eat frequently. I started OP during Nov 2002, on Col T K Rao’s advice and continued once daily since then.

Regarding medicines, I was advised to continue but cut down the dosage gradually based on my feeling of wellness. I was also getting sugar level tested in between. I could see positive improvement and felt confident. Since November, 2003 I stopped diabetic medicines and got my sugar level tested two times during the last four months and the sugar level is very much normal and there is no diet control as earlier.

BP is normal and urination is only once during the night in general. Burning on the head has reduced. I feel 100% normal with OP. My digestion has improved.

I suggest that every diabetic should try OP for cure and control of sugar level. After all, it is 10ml of Sun Flower Oil and 15 minutes of time every day that is required for OP.

All the headache of going to the Doctor, buying Medicines, getting tests done, food restriction have gone and I feel absolutely healthy. My people tell me that I look younger and I feel happy to listen to such words from them.
