I specially recommend this practice to be done daily to: (a) Senior citizens to remain healthy to enjoy their life and be of service to society. (b) Women from the age of puberty as their health and beauty problems also arise. Most women suffer in silence with their health problems. They should remain healthy through out their life as their health is most important for the health of progeny, family and nation. (c)  Any body above five years of age with or without any health problem for dental and oral hygiene.

OP if practiced regularly by the employees of any organisation it will reduce sickness, absenteeism, medical expenses and improves productivity. Try this method on a group of people prone to sickness and judge for yourself.

Write your experience and help in the promotion and propagation of OP. Send copies to the Newspapers and periodicals if you have started after reading the article published in that publication and a copy to me. Media is the best to promote this therapy.

Book 1 of about 55 pages contains Headlines of Articles on OP in the News papers, some more details on OP, FAQ, Specific diseases with testimonials, Medical Report, Case Study of 150 women, Healthy Habits and People’s Opinion.   Book 2 of about 255 pages contains more details on OP than in Book 1, Healing reactions with examples, effect of OP on Ageing and Longevity, chapter of Testimonials (127), chapter on Healthy Habits with FAQ on each subject and a chapter on How OP cures.
